In 2008, my wife, Karissa and I became the Directors of Chi Alpha at ISU. Chi Alpha has been apart of ISU for over 18 years. We have strived to keep Chi Alpha a place where students can seek God no matter what their background is. Chi Alpha is set up to help college students explore their spiritual life. The University was set up as a place for the free exchange of ideas, where learning was facilitated within the frame work of open minds. Students often work on the physical and mental aspects of life in college, but regularly neglect the spiritual at this stage in life. We want to share what it looks like to follow Jesus Christ of Nazareth within the market place of ideas at the University. We love the University and the open dialogue that the setting allows, because it gives us a chance to talk about the God who transformed our lives. We love meeting new students and getting to know them in a community setting; that is our goal!
